The fixed rate was a good thing. No problems for almost two years until time of renewal. Haven't received any renewal for new contract, which expires 1/27/21.
Got a letter back in July that Center Point is now Symmetry Energy, but all the contact info they gave me on the letter doesn't work. Trying to contact with no success. And my contract expires on 1/27/21, and I haven't received any info from them yet. |

Unresponsive Company
I have attempted 3 times over the last 6 months or more to separate myselves from them. I don't know how they got themselves attached to my utility bill nor will they explain to me how they got attached to them. It's rare that you can actually talk to someone and even more rare to get a call back. Does anyone know if there are law suits against them? If so please provide the info for others to see. |
